![]() So no - "corpos" would rather create another low-effort gatcha "MMO" and put all their effort into designing its cash-shop filled with mobile-style micro-transactions, get that quick buck in the first year of its existence - i.e. once a good CRPG game is out, fans will play it for years if not decades), but the numbers themselves can't hold a candle to the "mainsteam" games. CRPG's audience is niche compared to main stream, the players numbers there have only one redeeming quality: they are incredibly stable (i.e. Plus there isn't that much of an appetite from the side of any big corporation who could've pull this off to make a CRPG simply because "there's no money there to be made". The IP has a long trail of owners, and what's worse - co-owners. Realistically - I don't think it will happen.
